Production-ready 3D generation, built into your workflow
Add text-to-3D, image-to-3D, and multi-image-to-3D generation to your product, with control over geometry, topology, and textures.

One API, three ways to create 3D
Choose the input that fits each workflow, then request production-ready geometry and textures through one consistent generation pipeline.
From input to usable 3D in a single workflow
Use the generation mode that best matches the content available in your application.
Text-to-3D
Describe the asset you need and generate 3D directly from natural-language prompts.
Image-to-3D
Turn a single visual reference into a textured or untextured 3D asset.
Multi-image-to-3D
Provide several views of the same subject to give generation richer visual context.

Generate 3D assets from text
Turn a written brief into a textured 3D asset. Text-to-3D is ideal for procedural content, rapid ideation, and experiences where users create assets directly inside your product.
- Describe assets in natural language
- Generate without preparing a reference image
- Use the same pipeline as visual inputs

Build from one image or multiple views
Send one image for a fast conversion or provide multiple images of the same subject. Multi-image-to-3D gives the generator more visual context when your workflow can capture several angles.
- Convert a single reference image
- Provide multiple views for richer shape context
- Request textured or untextured output

Get geometry built for your pipeline
Control the geometry at generation time instead of rebuilding every result by hand. Select the detail level and topology that best match your engine, editor, configurator, or rendering workflow.
- Choose a target polycount
- Request triangle or quad topology
- Fit real-time and high-detail pipelines

Choose the texture resolution you need
Match texture detail to the final experience. Use lighter outputs for interactive applications or request high-resolution textures when close-up presentation and visual fidelity matter most.
- Select texture resolution for the use case
- Request high-resolution output up to 4K
- Balance visual quality and runtime performance
From account to first generation
- 1
Sign in to the dashboard
Open the API dashboard and sign in with your Sloyd account. Existing Sloyd sessions can be reused through secure sign-in.
- 2
Activate API billing
Connect a valid payment method and enable API access. Prepaid API credits keep usage separate from your Web App plan.
- 3
Save your credentials
Create your first key and save the client secret immediately—it is displayed only once. Add named keys later and revoke them independently.
- 4
Send your first request
Authenticate your integration, submit a text or image generation request, and use the returned 3D asset in your product pipeline.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which inputs does the Sloyd API support?
The API supports text prompts, a single reference image, or multiple reference images. Use text when you want to describe an asset, one image for a fast visual conversion, and multiple views when you want to provide more shape information.
Can I choose the polycount?
Yes. Each generation can target a polycount appropriate for its destination, from optimized real-time assets to high-detail outputs. High-poly requests may use additional API credits; see API pricing for current generation costs.
Can the API return quads as well as triangles?
You can request triangle or quad topology. Triangles are ready for common real-time pipelines, while quads provide a cleaner starting point for workflows that benefit from editable edge flow.
What texture resolutions are available?
The API supports configurable texture output, including high-resolution textures up to 4K where available for the selected generation. Choose the resolution that matches your quality and performance targets.
How do I get API credentials?
Sign in to the API dashboard, connect a valid payment method, and enable API access. Your first client secret is displayed once, so save it securely before leaving the page.
Can I create and revoke multiple API keys?
Yes. Create separate named keys for different applications or environments and revoke a key at any time. Revocation immediately stops applications using that credential, while other active keys continue to work.
How does API billing work?
API usage is funded with prepaid API credits, separate from Sloyd Web App plans and credits. The dashboard shows your balance and supports automatic recharge to help prevent interrupted generation.
